Giant tarantulas keep tiny frogs as pets. Insects will eat the burrowing tarantulasโ eggs - so the spiders protect the frogs from predators, and in return the frogs eat the insects. Source
This has blown my mind for years. Itโs so unreal. Itโs almost the same exact reason humans and cats started living together.
Tiny frogs are tarantula housecats. A science fact seldom gets to sound that much like meaningless word salad.
This is legit, guys. And Iโm excited about it.

Make sure everything you’re doing fits your body and your lifestyle, and goes along with your goal. If your goal is to lose a ton of weight, it doesn’t make sense for you to never do cardio and drink a ton of mass gainer. It just doesn’t make sense.
If you’re taking supplements, know what you’re putting in your body and why. If you go around the gym and ask about supplements, everybody will name something different and be like “This is the best one. This is the supplement you should take,” and most of them won’t even be able to tell you why.
I get protein that’s almost 100% just that protein, and doesn’t hurt my stomach, but you might have different needs from your protein. Flavour might be really important to you. You might be vegan, and my protein isn’t. There are so many things you need to consider.
I had a friend that had a goal to get strong and big, but was following his friend’s workout and his friend’s goal was to get really toned. Obviously, my friend was disappointed with his progress, until he changed his workout to suit his personal goals.
I’ve met a ton of people who find a fit friend, then blindly follow their workouts and what supplements they take and it doesn’t always fit their body or their goals. I don’t want that to happen to you. Do your own research. Make the best decisions for you, your body, and your lifestyle.
